EMERGENCY DISPATCH — TERMS SUMMARY

(condensed point-of-sale version — full Terms of Service: [link])

By paying, you agree to the following:

Payment & Fees. Your dispatch fee is charged now, before a technician is sent. This fee is non-refundable once a technician is dispatched or on-site — including if you cancel, fix it yourself, provide wrong access, or refuse service. Additional labor/parts require your separate approval and are billed as shown at checkout.

Location. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the location and access you provide. If we're fined or charged by any authority due to your vehicle's location or parking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for that amount plus documented costs. No refund is issued for such fines.

No Warranty on Outside Parts. If you supply your own parts, no warranty applies to those parts or our labor on them.

Workmanship Warranty. Labor we perform is covered by a limited 1-month/1,000-mile workmanship warranty. Everything else is provided AS IS, to the extent allowed by law.

Liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for that job, except where Colorado law doesn't allow that limit (for example, our own gross negligence or willful misconduct).

Disputes & Arbitration. Disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration, not court or class action, except for small claims or injunctive relief. You may opt out within 30 days by contacting us — see full Terms for instructions. Governing law: Colorado.
